What our clients say about working with us.

Top-tier service! The company is great, but Kiralyn truly made the whole renting process smooth, stress-free, and effortless with her guidance. If you come across her name on any property, rest assured you’ll have a great experience. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Support and Genuine Commitment I had a wonderful experience working with Hitesh Ojha from Ikigai Real Estate while searching for a warehouse in Dubai. Hitesh took the time to understand our requirements, explored various options and patiently supported us throughout the process until we found and finalised a property that suited our needs. What impressed me most was his genuine commitment to helping us, without expecting anything in return. His professionalism, persistence and client-first approach made the entire experience much easier. I would highly recommend Hitesh to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated real estate advisor who genuinely puts his clients' interests first.

We worked with Hitesh from Ikigai looking to finally buy a residential property to live in by 2030. Hitesh was very patient and understood our requirements mapped it to our priorities and worked close to a month plus looking at different options based on location, developer etc. He factored our requirements and combined it with his expertise to give us a deeper insight and eventually helping us to make a decision to buy. I highly recommend hitesh and team ikigai, if your looking a property either for end use or investment.

Ikigai has been great help finding us the right house. Constant support by Aryan and his team truly helped us find the right house and literally helped us with the moving in too. The entire process was speedy and recommend everyone to try their services. They are truly unlike those typical brokers. Kudos to Ikigai team!

Not sure where to begin because everything has been amazing with this team from the very first call! Aryan has been helping us find our first apartment in Dubai and saying he’s been immensely helpful is truly not doing him justice. He has gone above and beyond for us in this process of apartment hunting. We spent several days with him and Naina touring apartments throughout Dubai and ultimately didn’t find a place that truly ticked all of our boxes on that trip. BUT, Aryan did not stop looking while we had to head back home to pack and prep for our move. He ended up finding us the most perfect apartment, took an amazing video for us and included all of the things that were top priority for us like the parks around our building and such. He made sure we felt like we were there at the viewing with him! Aryan and Naina both made us feel like family and we cannot wait to move in to the amazing apartment Aryan found for us!!! Their knowledge and experience in all of the top areas no Dubai has proven to be so helpful for us. We are so glad to have gotten the opportunity to work with Aryan and Naina and would HIGHLY recommend them and their team for all of your real estate needs.

We recently invested in a property in Dubai through Ikigai Real Estate. They supported us since the very beginning and understood our requirements at every step. They helped us narrow down to the property we love, guided us through the process and coordinated with the developer at every step. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Ikigai’s Naina Arora recently helped me find my dream apartment in Dubai. She understood my vision deeply and helped me find something that ticked all the boxes at a good rental cost. I look forward to working with her again once I’m ready to buy!

Naina was great and I recommend working with her - she helped us find our new home.

I had a great experience with Ikigai Real Estate! The team was professional, responsive, and really supportive throughout the whole process. I especially want to thank Carolin, who went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, attentive, and always available to answer my questions. Carolin made everything smooth and stress-free I truly felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Ikigai Real Estate to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient agency in Dubai. Thank you again!

We recently moved into a villa in Green Community Society, and I can confidently say that our experience wouldn’t have been this smooth without the amazing support of Shalini from Ikigai Real Estate. Not only did she help me find the perfect villa, but she also helped my brother secure a villa in the same community. From day one, Shalini was extremely proactive—not just in finding us the right homes, but also in making sure we were fully supported during the move. She connected us with the right people to help with relocation and settling down, which made the entire process stress-free. What truly sets her apart is her care and follow-up after the deal was done. She checked in multiple times—not just with me, but also with my wife—to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of service is rare. Truly grateful for her help. If you’re looking for a professional, caring, and dependable agent in Dubai, I highly recommend Shalini at Ikigai Real Estate.

My experience of renting a Villa with Ikigai Real Estate has been smooth, transparent and without any hassle. I am more than 100% satisfied with my experience of dealing with Shalini at Ikigai. The renting process was not only smooth but the after service that we received was phenomenal. Shalini made sure that she checked each and every thing with us while the property was getting ready for our occupation. In fact, she sourced a property for us that matched our exact requirement including Vastu and a wonderful landlord. I am really more than satisfied.I will definitely refer our friends and family to Ikigai Real Estate and inspire them to work with them because for Ikigai, client comes first.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ikigai Real Estate, who approached me on behalf of their client to rent out my property in Dubai Investment Park. From start to finish, Shalini and her team were exceptional—highly professional, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was their continued involvement even after the initial agreements were signed. In an industry where many agents tend to disappear once the deposit and first payment are made, Shalini and her team went above and beyond, ensuring smooth coordination between the tenant and me on several follow-up matters. This level of dedication is rare in the rental market, and I genuinely can’t think of a better team to handle such transactions. I highly recommend Ikigai Real Estate and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I recently moved into my new apartment with the help of Ikigai Real Estate, and the experience was fantastic, especially thanks to Kiralyn. She really took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect apartment for me. Kiralyn was attentive to all my questions and ensured the apartment was in top condition—AC serviced, walls freshly painted, and deep cleaning done to perfection, even down to the closets. The process was smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Ikigai Real Estate. Highly recommend working with Kiralyn!
