Vikas has over 18 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate, with particular expertise in commercial property and investment-led transactions. Before Real Estate, he spent 15 years in the corporate world — experience that continues to shape the way he works with business owners, private investors and larger organisations.

Numbers are central to Vikas's approach. He likes to understand the commercial case properly, question the assumptions and look at both the return and the risk before recommending an opportunity. Clients who work with him can expect a straightforward opinion — including when he believes a deal doesn't make sense.

Away from Real Estate, Vikas is endlessly curious. His interests range from history, mathematics and philosophy to Indian music, travel and discovering good food. He is an avid reader and values time spent with family and friends.

Kiralyn supports Ikigai's property administration and day-to-day operations, including tenancy documentation, landlord updates, maintenance coordination and the many details involved in keeping managed properties running smoothly.

She is organised, dependable and quietly keeps a great deal moving behind the scenes. For landlords, tenants and the Ikigai team, that means having someone who follows through, keeps track of the details and helps make day-to-day property matters easier to manage.

Outside the office, Kiralyn enjoys cooking, watching movies, going for walks and spending time with her family — a quieter side that fits naturally with the calm and considered way she works.

Hitesh brings over 20 years of business experience across Australia, the Middle East and Africa, including senior leadership roles with global brands such as Panasonic and Sony. Today, he brings that commercial experience to Dubai Real Estate, advising buyers and investors with a particular interest in villas, townhouses and family communities.

Hitesh is naturally analytical and likes to look beyond the sales brochure. He studies the location, developer, pricing, comparable transactions, future supply and numbers before forming a view. Just as importantly, he believes a property needs to fit the person buying it. Clients can expect questions, research and a straightforward opinion — including when he believes they should look at another property.

Away from Real Estate, Hitesh is a lifelong learner with a genuine interest in business, strategy and technology. He enjoys networking, learning from different industries and exchanging ideas, but values time with his family above everything else.

Amon works across property sales, leasing and asset management, with a particular focus on Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). His experience spans both residential and commercial property, helping owners, investors and tenants navigate transactions and ongoing property requirements.

His hands-on involvement in DIFC gives him a particularly practical understanding of the market. Alongside his brokerage work, Amon manages commercial space in Index Tower and a residential portfolio in Burj Daman, giving him direct insight into leasing, tenant relations and the day-to-day realities of owning property in the area.

Amon is naturally proactive and detail-oriented, and believes that good client relationships are built through reliability, clear communication and follow-through. Outside Real Estate, he values continuous learning, personal development and building meaningful relationships — qualities that also shape the way he works with clients.

With more than 12 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate, Nelson brings strong knowledge of established communities and the wider property market. His experience allows him to help buyers and investors look beyond individual listings and understand how a property sits within its location and market.

Nelson is known for being patient and approachable. He takes the time to understand what a client is actually looking for and believes the buying process should feel informed and considered rather than pressured.

That calm, people-first nature extends beyond his work. Nelson values relationships and brings the same easygoing, grounded personality to his clients and colleagues.

Yazdan is part of Ikigai's off-plan team, working with clients to evaluate new developments and identify opportunities that align with their property and investment goals. With a background in finance, he brings a strong understanding of numbers, value and the financial considerations behind a property decision.

His approach is straightforward and considered. Rather than focusing only on the launch or the sales pitch, Yazdan takes the time to understand the developer, project, pricing and wider opportunity before discussing it with a client. He believes in explaining the options clearly so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside Real Estate, Yazdan enjoys travelling, discovering new places and trying new experiences. He values time with friends and family, enjoys movies, and is naturally drawn to activities that challenge him and keep him curious.
